Methods

The method follows the problem.

Not every organisational problem requires the same theory, method or solution.

Methods are selected and adapted according to the problem. Scientific approaches provide controlled and reconstructable ways of inquiry; practical experimentation tests whether what is developed remains workable under actual conditions.
